Where/How to get the advice

In the Bureau - Gateway diagnostic advice service:

We operate a gateway assessment service and your first interview will last no more than ten minutes.  A follow-up interview may be required at a later date, for more complex issues.
 
Please note that there can be delays at busy times and, due to demand, we cannot guarantee same day assessments or interview.

Basically, we are open each weekday from 9am to 4.45pm, with a 1 hour break for lunch.
