We provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.

Where/How to get the advice
In the Bureau - Gateway diagnostic advice service:
We operate a gateway assessment service and your first interview
will last no more than ten minutes. A follow-up interview may
be required at a later date, for more complex issues.
Please note that there can be delays at busy times and, due to
demand, we cannot guarantee same day assessments or interview.
